Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies
• Participate in hearings and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
