Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate with strong experience in mergers and acquisitions or strategic support for start-ups and venture capital funds. You will counsel early-stage entrepreneurs and represent venture-backed companies in financing rounds.

You will engage in investor-side financing in growth equity rounds and maintain close contact with CEOs and boards, requiring excellent written and oral communication and prior large law firm experience.

Qualifications

• JD earned between 2020 and 2022.
• Experience in large law firms required.
• Experience in M&A, VC financings, or growth equity.
• Admitted or eligible to waive into NY State Bar.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to early-stage entrepreneurs
• Represent companies and venture funds in financing rounds and M&A
