Qualifications

• Certifications: Texas Bar admission preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting investment agreements.
• Ability to manage due diligence processes; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft customary investment agreements, including NVCA forms.
• Manage multi-disciplinary due diligence across various industries.
• Prepare governance-related board materials for related transactions.
• Oversee cap table management, including convertible securities.
