The candidate will draft formation and governance documents, conduct due diligence, and build pro forma cap tables and financing models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in venture capital, emerging companies, or related transactional law.
• Experience with SAFE, convertible notes, Series Seed, NVCA, and equity financings.
• Ability to advise both company-side and investor-side clients on venture matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage venture capital transactions from early stages through Series A and beyond.
