An AmLaw 100 client in Seattle seeks a Corporate Associate to work with founders, executive teams, and venture investors across the full company life cycle—from formation through financing and exits.

You will engage in venture financings, M&A, and strategic transactions, with direct interaction with founders and management. The role offers exposure to leading technology and life sciences clients within a vibrant startup ecosystem and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate experience at a major law firm.
• Background in venture capital, emerging companies, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
• Experience advising high-growth companies or venture investors.
• Interest in technology and life sciences startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead venture financings and growth equity transactions.
• M&A and strategic acquisitions for emerging companies.
• Provide outside general counsel support and corporate governance.
• Interacting directly with founders, investors, and management teams.
