The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and advise on governance and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams on client matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• JD from an accredited law school.
