Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience at a comparable law firm.
• Strong background in public company work, registered offerings, SEC representation, and M&A.
• Life sciences interest helpful; ability to own substantial parts of a transaction.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactions for venture-backed private and public life sciences companies.
• Handle equity financings, IPOs, registered offerings, and M&A.
• Run meaningful pieces of deals and interact directly with clients.
