The work sits at the center of the startup ecosystem, advising companies from formation through financing and exit.
You will work closely with founders, executive teams, and venture investors across the full company life cycle. The practice includes advising emerging growth companies on day-to-day corporate matters, negotiating venture financings, and guiding strategic transactions.
