Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an Executive Director to lead a Ventura County home care operation, driving branch growth, client satisfaction, and team performance. This on-site leadership role partners with healthcare and senior care networks to expand the organization’s local presence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in home/senior care, established Ventura referrals, and strong business development and KPI management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of home care or senior care leadership experience.
• Established referral relationships within Ventura County.
• Proven business development and relationship-building ability.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and KPI management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive branch growth and profitability.
• Develop business through established and new healthcare and senior care referral relationships.
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout Ventura County.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local team.
• Oversee staffing, caregiver operations, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor operational, financial, and growth KPIs and execute plans to achieve business goals.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence and improve operational performance.
