Job summary

Park Place in Great Falls, MT is seeking a licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist to join as Clinical Liaison for the Vent Unit. This hybrid, full-time role blends frontline respiratory care with outreach to hospitals and physicians to grow census and ensure smooth admissions for ventilator-dependent residents.

You will educate referral sources on unit capabilities, coordinate admissions with the admissions and nursing teams, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Montana CRT or RRT licensure or eligibility.
• 2+ years of clinical respiratory care experience, preferably vent unit/ICU.
• Interest or experience in healthcare marketing or liaison activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills; able to build trust with clinicians.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with PointClickCare a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; daily travel to referral sources.
• Passion for respiratory care and ventilator weaning.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary clinical liaison for the Ventilator Unit; build referral relationships.
• Conduct on-site and virtual evaluations of vent/respiratory referrals for admission.
• Educate referral sources on unit capabilities, including ventilation management and weaning.
• Coordinate admissions and ensure complete documentation.
• Track referrals, admissions data, and market trends.
• Represent the facility at community events and meetings to promote services.
• Provide in-services and clinical education to partners and staff.
• Collaborate with admissions, DON, and therapy/respiratory teams to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
