Job summary

CCH Healthcare – Pennsylvania (Field‑Based, Road Warrior) seeks an energetic Hospital Liaison / External Marketer to grow referrals exclusively for ventilator and respiratory care from acute‑care hospitals and LTACs into the Southern Ohio Region nursing facilities.

This field‑based role requires extensive travel across Kentucky with occasional meetings in southern Ohio, building durable hospital and LTAC partnerships to drive census and promote post‑acute ventilator services.

Qualifications

• Experience as hospital liaison or healthcare sales representative is preferred.
• Understanding of discharge planning and admissions processes in post‑acute care.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between hospitals, LTACs, and CCH facilities with a focus on marketing ventilator and respiratory services.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with case managers, social workers, physicians, and discharge planners to increase vent and respiratory admissions.
• Market CCH Healthcare through in‑person rounds, meetings, in‑services, and follow‑up calls across Kentucky; identify new respiratory referral opportunities.
• Coordinate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure appropriate placement for vent and respiratory patients and smooth transitions to Ohio facilities.
• Track referral trends and market changes; provide feedback to leadership to support census growth strategies.
