Job summary

CCH Healthcare focuses on hospital liaison and external marketing for ventilator and respiratory care. This field-based role requires extensive statewide travel to foster durable relationships with hospitals and LTACs, driving census and referrals to Ohio facilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with road-warrior travel, possess strong relationship-building skills, and understand discharge planning and payor sources such as Medicare/Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Experience as hospital liaison, healthcare sales, or marketing liaison in post-acute care preferred.
• Understanding of discharge planning and payors (Medicare/Medicaid/managed care).
• Proven ability to build rapid relationships with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and presentation skills.
• RT or nursing background preferred; clinical marketing experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Kentucky hospitals, LTACs, and CCH facilities to market ventilator and respiratory services.
• Build referral relationships with case managers, physicians, discharge planners to increase admissions.
• Conduct in-person rounds and meetings across Kentucky with follow-up calls.
• Review referrals and coordinate transitions from hospital/LTAC to Ohio facilities.
• Track referral trends and report to leadership to support census goals.
