Job summary

CCH Healthcare in Kentucky seeks a dynamic Hospital Liaison / External Marketer to grow referrals for ventilator and respiratory care from acute-care hospitals and LTACs across the state and into Ohio facilities. This field-based, road-warrior role requires extensive statewide travel and strong relationship building with clinicians, discharge planners, and case managers.

Qualifications

Experience as hospital liaison or healthcare sales in skilled nursing or LTAC preferred.
Understanding of discharge planning and admissions for vent/respiratory patients.
Proven ability to build relationships quickly and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational, time-management, and presentation skills.
Clinical background preferred but not required with strong marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Kentucky hospitals, LTACs, and CCH facilities, focusing on marketing vent/respiratory services.
Build and maintain referral relationships to increase vent admissions statewide.
Market CCH Healthcare through rounds, meetings, in-services, and follow-up calls across Kentucky.
Review referrals and coordinate transitions from hospital/LTAC to CCH Ohio facilities.
Track referral trends and provide feedback to leadership to support growth strategies.
