MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed nurse (LPN/LVN/RN) to provide pediatric ventilator care under limited supervision. The role emphasizes nursing processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with governing laws and MGA policies.

Shifts include 3p-11p Wed–Fri and 9a-5p Sat–Sun, with ventilator training available. Active NC nursing license, TB/Chest x-ray, and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Active NC nursing license is required.
• Provide copy of TB results or chest x-ray.
• Provide copy of CPR certification as per policy.
• Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the treatment plan and nursing care plan.
• Document changes and updates in clinical notes and orders.
• Communicate significant changes in patient status to supervisors.
• Modify orders as needed based on clinical status and nursing judgment.
• Participate in mandated agency activities such as In-Services.
• Adhere to MGA policies, procedures and Handbook.
• Report on time and complete work within designated time.
