Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documentation of same on clinical notes and nursing care plan.
• Communicate significant changes in patient status to Clinical Manager.
• Requests modification of orders based on patient status and nursing judgment.
• Participation in Agency’s mandated activities as requested by Director.
• Adhere to MGA policies, procedures and Handbook.
