Job summary
Helping U Home Care is seeking compassionate LPNs to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-tech home care to adult and pediatric patients with chronic or terminal illness. Flexible shifts and days are available to fit your schedule.
We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus. The role requires NYS LPN licensure, at least 1 year of home health experience, and ventilator/tracheostomy care responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Minimum 1 year home health experience.
- Provide Ventilator (vent) care and Tracheostomy (trach) care.
- Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient\'s Plan of Care.
