Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or registered nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing for a ventilator-dependent adult patient in North Carolina. Comprehensive ventilator training is available, with flexible opportunities to grow clinical skills.

In this role you will perform nursing assessments, document care plans and changes, and coordinate with the Clinical Services team to ensure high-quality patient care. A valid NC license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active NC Nursing license.
• CPR certification per agency policy.
• TB test or chest X-ray clearance required.
• Must be flexible, organized, and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered by the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Document clinical notes, supplemental orders, and nursing care plan.
• Communicate changes in patient status to Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Services.
• Participate in mandated agency activities and maintain timely, scheduled work.
