The ideal candidate will manage ventilator units, perform assessments, and coordinate with care teams, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing respiratory care to ventilator patients.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Must adhere to HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of ventilators, HME products, and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform clinical assessments and communicate findings to physicians.
• Assist in discharge planning for ventilator-dependent patients.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety.
