Job summary

The Laurels of Milford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise care, coordinate nursing services, and ensure safe medication administration for residents in our Milford, OH community. Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Current RN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs delivering resident care.
• Coordinate nursing care to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Provide safe medication-related interventions.
• Assess residents and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Contribute to MDS/CAA assessments and care plans.
