Intertek Grenada, MS seeks a 3rd Party Vendor Surveillance Inspector to validate fabrication & plantroom assemblies, ensuring they meet design specs and quality standards on site.

The role covers in-process and final inspections, defect logging, and collaboration with production teams to uphold code compliance and ITP adherence. Shift is 5pm–3am; 40–50 hours/week for six months; temporary full-time.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of piping codes ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.9.
• Awareness or certification in NDT (UT/PT/MT/RT) and AWS CWI preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical schematics, P&IDs, isometrics, and specs.
• 5+ years in quality inspection of industrial mechanical systems or HVAC.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ITPs, control plans, 8D/5-Why root-cause.
• Proficient with on-site inspection tools and documenting non-conformances.
• Comfortable using tablets/ laptops to capture evidence and logs.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-process and final inspections per ITPs and hold points.
• Log defects with photos and documentation in ACC/BIM 360/CxAlloy/BugEx.
• Audit hold-points and sign-off on critical quality gates (NDT, hydro testing).
• Collaborate with SLB production and quality teams to ensure compliance.
