Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Risk Analyst to manage third-party vendor relationships across risk, compliance and product platforms.

You will document SOPs, lead QA audits of vendor deliverables, and establish dashboards and scorecards to monitor performance while mitigating data security and compliance risks. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience delivering and working with outsourcers.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to balance data-driven insights with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-vendor relationships and outsourcing strategy for Risk Operations.
• Lead partner delivery and drive improvements in performance and consistency.
• Design and implement QA processes, audits, and dashboards/scorecards for vendor performance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk Governance, and Product teams to ensure control excellence.
• Develop training programs based on vendor data to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Create supplier assessments and quarterly/annual reviews to guide strategic decisions.
• Maintain escalation protocols and approval matrices for timely issue resolution.
