Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager within Fintech Risk to own third-party vendor relationships, performance, and the commercial lifecycle.

You will lead regular business reviews, drive renewals, and partner with Risk OpEx/finance to align usage with budgets, highlighting cost and risk implications.

This vendor-facing role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation skills, and the ability to translate evolving use cases into actionable savings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor/supplier relationship management, category management, partnerships, or a related field.
• Proven track record building, negotiating, and owning third-party relationships and running structured business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
• Experience leading contract renewals and renegotiations, partnering with sourcing/procurement on terms and savings.
• Commercial and business acumen — connect changing vendor use cases to cost and risk impact, and communicate clearly.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with ability to drive alignment and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the vendor relationship: primary contact for Risk's third-party vendors, building trusted partnerships.
• Set the operating rhythm and QBR governance: lead vendor reviews on performance, roadmap, issues, value delivered, and actions.
• Lead contract renewals and renegotiations: plan renewals and prep, collaborate on terms and savings.
• Stay ahead of use-case and cost changes: monitor vendor usage and translate to cost impact and recommendations.
• Monitor vendor performance and value: track SLAs, service quality, ROI, and surface consolidation opportunities.
