Job summary

Intuit seeks a Vendor Relationship Manager for its Fintech Risk organization. You will own the vendor lifecycle, drive reviews, renewals, and cost optimization, and partner with risk, finance, and procurement. This role centers on building durable vendor partnerships and ensuring value delivery across risk platforms.

You will manage SLAs, track ROI, and anticipate use-case shifts to advise on cost impact and mitigations, with a data-driven, AI-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor/supplier relationship management or related field, ideally supporting risk, fraud, payments, or financial services.
• Proven track record building, negotiating, and owning third-party relationships and running structured business reviews.
• Experience leading contract renewals and renegotiations, partnering with sourcing on terms and savings.
• Commercial acumen to connect changing vendor use cases to cost and risk impact and communicate clearly.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who drives alignment with limited guidance.
• Familiarity with procurement, third-party risk concepts (POs, SoWs, PoCs, due diligence, attestations).
• Proficient with spreadsheets; AI-first mindset to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the vendor relationship: primary contact for Risk's third-party vendors.
• Set operating rhythm and QBR governance: lead regular reviews and action follow‑through.
• Lead contract renewals and renegotiations: partner on terms, pricing, savings.
• Stay ahead of use-case and cost changes; translate into cost/risk recommendations.
• Monitor vendor performance and ROI; surface consolidation opportunities.
• Coordinate PoCs and manage vendor risk touchpoints with risk teams.
