Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent (and relevant) experience.
• 5 years of experience in operations, risk, audit, compliance, or Procurement.
• Experience with vendor management or vendor risk management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fidelity’s businesses and risk programs is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly, uphold high performance standards and work in ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; data visualization desirable.
• Independent thinker with sound judgment and accountability.
• Influencing and interpersonal relationship skills; decisive with a results orientation.
• You can present sophisticated information clearly and concisely.
• Understand vendor services scope and assess inherent risk.
• Apply sound judgment to identify issues, assess risks, and escalate when needed.
• Conduct data quality analysis and address vendor data alignment.

• Coordinate risk groups and business partners to complete tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve risk processes and requirements.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to vendor operational risk.
