Fidelity Investments is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Vendor Management to oversee vendor intelligence, performance, value and risk across enterprise suppliers. You will liaise between internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing governance and oversight to ensure service and business expectations are met.

  • Maintain governance docs to support continuity and accountability.
  • Research vendor financials, strategy, market position and competitive stance.

Manager, Vendor Management Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Manager of Enterprise Vendor Management is an individual contributor role within Fidelity’s Enterprise Vendor Management organization, responsible for vendor intelligence, performance, value, and risk management across a portfolio of enterprise-level and strategic suppliers. As a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, this role provides operational governance and oversight of key vendor relationships, helping ensure suppliers meet service, performance, and business expectations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in a mid- to large-size organization, preferably supporting vendor
  • Familiarity with vendor management, procurement, supplier governance, or third-party risk management processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize vendor, industry, and market information.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, solve problems, and appropriately escalated risks and concerns.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both internal and external business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to all levels of the organization and interact with third parties, positively representing the Fidelity brand.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
The Value You Deliver
  • Partners with Procurement, Risk Management, Legal, Finance and Business units to support vendor-related initiatives and governance activities.
  • Provides consistent oversight of vendor performance and service delivery.
  • Tracks, escalates, and supports remediation of vendor-related issues and service disruptions.
  • Maintains critical service and governance documentation to support operational continuity.
  • Resolves invoicing challenges efficiently, reducing administrative burden on the business.
  • Performs vendor research to provide insight into company financials, strategy, market presence, and competitive positioning.
  • Supports enterprise initiatives, vendor assessments, and ad hoc leadership requests to enable informed decision-making and maximize vendor value.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
