Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Risk Analyst to manage third-party vendor relationships and oversee risk, compliance, and data security for money movement products. You will document SOPs, design QA processes, and develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor vendor performance.

Collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Product teams is essential as you drive continuous process improvements and scalable risk controls in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years delivering with outsourcers or vendors.
• Customer-obsessed, strategic yet hands-on.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with risk and platform leaders to execute outsourcing strategy.
• Lead multiple vendor relationships and push performance improvements.
• Identify large-scale initiatives to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Represent vendor needs and drive internal process changes.
• Implement training programs based on vendor performance data.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk Governance and Product teams.
• Develop supplier assessments, quarterly business reviews and dashboards.
• Monitor site/partner performance and expansion plans.
