Job summary

The Bachrach Group is recruiting a Vendor Management Analyst for a Fairfield County, CT area financial services client. The role blends vendor management, operations, compliance and project management in a hybrid, mostly on-site setting.

You will manage contracts and KPIs, perform risk assessments, onboard partners, reconcile invoices, and automate KPI reporting with senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in vendor management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a technical discipline
• Three or more years in vendor management, preferably financial services or fintech
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; experience with project management tools
• Organized, process-minded, comfortable in ambiguity, strong across all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts and KPIs; support performance and contract reviews
• Risk assessments and business reviews; vendor selection and onboarding
• Primary point of contact for third-party delivery issues
• Reconcile and process vendor invoices; resolve expense discrepancies
• Build contract process maps and drive process improvement
• Automate KPI and expense reporting with senior management
• Onboard new business partners: collect documentation, run compliance checks, load to the platform
