Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a Vendor Risk Analyst to oversee vendor risk management within Trust Operations. You will perform risk assessments, monitor vendor performance, and deliver risk reporting to strengthen controls and protect clients and the firm.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance and internal stakeholders to address process gaps, drive improvements, and support audits. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience, including risk management and control evaluation, preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor risk management within Trust Operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, vendor, and third‑party risks.
• Monitor vendor performance and service levels; provide risk reporting to leadership.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, internal stakeholders, and vendors to address gaps and strengthen controls.
• Analyze and resolve complex operational issues and lead process improvement initiatives.
