Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Risk and Control Associate to partner with ERM and the Finance division, driving risk programs and change management initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on execution and collaboration with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation and governance processes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in risk or change management, with FINRA Series 7 licensing supported within 12 months of hire. Hybrid work near Tempe, AZ or St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of risk management and/or change management experience.
• Experience leading multiple initiatives/projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis.
• FINRA Series 7 license or acquire within 12 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ERM stakeholders to stay informed on initiatives, assess impacts, and lead change management plans.
• Collaborate to evaluate ERM initiatives and prepare monthly status reports for governance meetings.
• Maintain training inventory and completion plans for risk team and process owners.
• Own Third-Party Tools risk program for WMFM tools.
• Develop and execute the WMFM Strategy Risk program with Enterprise Risk leadership.
• Provide insights to leadership for risk forums and escalations.
• Assist divisional leaders and associates as needed.
• Support ERM initiatives, policies, and standards rollout.
