Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Vendor Representative in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with hourly pay of $21 and enhanced medical, dental, vision benefits plus paid vacation. The job involves monitoring component repairs, SAP quotes, purchase orders, and inventory management to keep production on track.

The candidate should have materials management experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams while meeting SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in materials management and logistics/inventory management.
• Proficient with MS Excel spreadsheets.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• High paced, multitasking, and time-management skills required.
• Ability to change priorities and shift focus quickly.
• 2 years’ experience in project planning.
• 2 years’ purchasing experience.
• Outgoing and energetic with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of components undergoing repair/overhaul at vendor and track receipts.
• Process quotes into SAP and coordinate cost approvals; ensure P.O. requirements.
• Reconcile invoices, P.O. and quality with vendors.
• Participate in daily production meetings; address gaps in parts clearance; procure new parts and locate exchanges to fill open orders.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders.
• Inventory management and SOX compliance.

Job Description:

• Monitor daily progress of components undergoing repair/overhaul at vendor. Track receipts; ensure delivery to required dates; monitor performance metrics.
• Process quotes into SAP, coordinate cost approvals, ensure compliance with P.O. requirements.
• Reconcile invoice, P.O., quality, tagging discrepancies with vendors.
• Participate in daily production meetings; respond to gaps in parts clearance plan; procurement for new parts; locate exchanges to fill open orders.
• Purchase Order Creation and Management.
• Inventory Management.
• Follow all SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in materials management and logistics/inventory management.
• Comprehensive/Extensive Hands-On computer skills including MS Excel spreadsheets.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Project Planning (2 years’ experience).
