Job summary

ReturnPro seeks a Vendor Relations Coordinator to manage RA/RTV processes, order workflows, and outbound shipping across its reverse logistics network.

The role partners with Vendor Relations, Facilities, Carriers, Vendors, and Clients to ensure accurate RA data, policy compliance, and timely carrier execution across all facilities. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, vendor relations, operations, or shipping coordination.
• Strong technical proficiency, including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with WMS/TMS or custom logistics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and monitor RTV/RA orders, manifests, pick lists, and outbound shipments.
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped within vendor/client timelines.
• Schedule carrier pickups and maintain accurate trailer numbers.
• Resolve delays and exceptions to protect data accuracy and client credits.
• Coordinate daily shipping status with vendors, facilities, and clients.
