Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial lending, finance, or vendor sales support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to draft loan documentation
• Understanding of credit underwriting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor partners, managing loans from approval to funding.
• Move deals efficiently from approval to funding in collaboration with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow vendor engagement and improve deal quality.
• Maintain open communication with vendors and internal staff to ensure a smooth funding process.
• Draft loan/lease documents and collect required stipulations for funding.
