Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Vendor Program Manager to oversee strategic vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and program implementations. The role requires strong project management and regulatory compliance focus within a healthcare benefits context.

You will coordinate across 25+ providers, monitor performance, and support leadership with reporting and strategic improvements while working a hybrid schedule from Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vendor management, healthcare benefits, insurance administration, project management, or related operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with 25+ service providers; lead vendor stewardship and coordinate reviews.
• Vendor Performance & Contract Management: Monitor performance, SLAs, and contractual obligations; lead negotiations and renewals.
• Program & Implementation Management: Lead vendor implementations and major program initiatives; coordinate plans and deliverables.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure vendor compliance; maintain contracts, SPDs, SBCs, and regulatory filings.
• Financial & Reporting Oversight: Review invoices, develop dashboards, and monitor pricing and financial obligations.
• Project Management & Continuous Improvement: Drive operational initiatives and cross-functional projects with vendors.
