Job summary

enGen in Pittsburgh (hybrid role) seeks an experienced operations professional to oversee vendor relationships and day-to-day performance. You will collaborate with client relationship teams to ensure SLA fulfillment and contract governance, while coordinating procurement and budget activities.

The role includes managing vendor issues, coaching staff, and ensuring contract compliance across the vendor portfolio, with a focus on efficient governance and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Health Care Management, Economics or related field.
• 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in vendor management, vendor operations, financial reporting or budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of external vendors and ensure work quality, coordinating with client relationship teams and vendors.
• Manage day-to-day operational issues, respond to high-priority vendor requests, ensure SLA metrics are met.
• Represent and advocate for operational needs within governance processes and vendor contracts; escalate when needed.
• Coach and develop peers and vendor staff, manage vendor performance and productivity.
• Ensure contracts terms compliance, procurement collaboration, and budget/tracking with AP guidelines.
