Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Vendor Strategy & Performance Lead to oversee its global construction vendor ecosystem. You will partner with Construction Project Managers, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and others to drive governance, risk management, and supplier performance across regions.

The role requires building evaluation templates, scorecards, and reference-check approaches, supporting RFPs, and crafting clear SOWs. Travel up to 10–20% and U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, corporate real estate, owner’s representation, construction procurement, vendor management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Experience with general contractors, architects, engineers, and other vendors.
• Ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, proposals, and commercial structures with practical judgment.
• Strong written communication for scopes of work, vendor recommendations, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the vendor strategy across global project-delivery categories.
• Build and maintain a geographically diverse preferred vendor bench.
• Establish a repeatable pre-qualification process for partners.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing SOWs and proposals.
• Establish vendor performance management rhythms and KPI tracking.
