Job summary

Technip Energies in Texas, Houston region seeks a VPM Coordinator II to support on-time delivery of equipment and materials for project execution. You will analyze supplier schedules, monitor POs, coordinate inspections, and manage supplier performance across regional and international partners.

The role emphasizes coaching junior staff, cross-functional collaboration with Buyers, Logistics, and Quality teams, and adherence to HSES procedures while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; able to work in a multicultural, collaborative environment.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier schedules and provide delivery performance feedback to project stakeholders.
• Monitor purchase order execution and update order status within material tracking systems.
• Coordinate inspection activities with suppliers and third-party inspection agencies.
• Validate POs, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation for inspections.
• Conduct on-site expediting visits to regional suppliers as assigned.
• Identify and report supplier schedule impacts, delays, and delivery risks.
