Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in industrial services, valve repair, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• 3+ years experience in material management, Purchasing / expediting, or Inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a real-time understanding of the production schedule and align expediting priorities with value stream needs.
• Expedite vendor-supplied parts, repairs, and services to meet in-house dates.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between operations, procurement, and sales for material status.
• Coordinate with warehouse to prioritize receiving and stocking of critical parts.
• Maintain open order and shortage reports with clear status and action items.
• Support inventory data integrity and improvements to part master data.
