The role focuses on onboarding new Preferred Partners, guiding them through processes, and keeping all contract documents organized and current, while addressing payment questions and rebate submissions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in purchasing or related administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Preferred Partners by preparing contracts and guiding them through each step.
• Train partners on processes and tools, including the Weekley Partner Hub.
• Keep contract documents organized, updated, and routed to the right teams.
• Collect required waiver/lien releases.
• Research and resolve variance issues with accuracy and urgency.
• Assist partners with payment questions and job reassignments.
• Create extra orders, back-charges, and returns as needed.
• Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide information to support rebate submissions for the National Strategic Sourcing Team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Track starts, communicate updates, and help manage changes throughout the process.
