Responsibilities

• Process sales contracts and closings.
• Manage/apply for all building permits with local municipalities.
• Document, track and report on building permits and start activities.
• Coordinate meetings and team events.
• Maintain electronic files for each home.
• Pay invoices and utility bills.
• Order supplies.
• Provide additional support as needed.
