Job summary

FoodWorks seeks a relationship-driven Client Experience Manager to oversee and grow partnerships in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO. You will recruit, onboard, and manage local restaurant partners, food trucks, bakers, and other minority-owned vendors, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to event execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in client/account management, hospitality, vendor relations, or event management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience recruiting or supporting vendor partnerships is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage vendor partnership strategy in the local market.
• Identify, recruit, onboard new restaurant, food truck, and specialty partners.
• Build relationships with minority-owned and emerging businesses.
• Oversee onboarding: contracts, insurance, compliance, partner setup.
• Coordinate scheduling between partners and client locations.
• Plan and execute events, pop-ups, and promotional opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with site managers and operations teams.
• Provide high-level client, vendor, and internal communication.
