Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a Vendor Oversight Professional to manage an existing network of third-party service providers. You will monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, escalate issues to leadership, and ensure timely vendor communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, auditing, compliance or vendor management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor documentation for annual compliance reviews.
• Monitor and track vendor compliance documents through oversight lifecycle.
• Escalate risks or changes to leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor management system accuracy and timely notifications.
• Coordinate vendor invoicing and ensure timely internal communications.
