Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years in financial services industry; mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess large volumes of vendor documentation for annual reviews and compliance.
• Monitor vendor documents, track milestones, and ensure contract obligations are met.
• Escalate risks or changes in business operations to leadership in a timely manner.
• Act as first point of contact for vendors and provide updates on compliance items.
• Maintain and update the vendor management system with current information.
