Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Vendor Management/Compliance Oversight professional to oversee a network of third-party providers, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance across the vendor base. You will be the first point of contact, escalate issues, and maintain documentation in the vendor management system.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a regulated financial services environment, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in financial services, mortgage or vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party vendors and annual reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track contracts, milestones and privacy issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain vendor management system accuracy and timely notifications.
• Coordinate due diligence for new vendors and provide status updates.
• Respond to inquiries; prepare reports and communicate with vendors regularly.
• Review FNMA/FHLMC documentation for compliance and approvals.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate with mortgage marketing/vendor teams.
• Log consumer complaints and coordinate remediation with business areas.
• Support site audits and remediation tracking; assist with special projects.
