Job summary

URBN is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator to support daily operations within the beauty & wellness buying team, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise through proactive vendor communication and follow-up with the distribution center and buying teams.

You will manage POs across MTS, IP, and Blue Cherry, coordinate with Planning and Allocation, onboard vendors, monitor compliance, and assist with invoices and chargebacks, contributing to a streamlined supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and able to understand how multiple systems interact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail oriented with follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and manage purchase orders in MTS, IP, and Blue Cherry to ensure timely delivery.
• Track receipts and communicate changes to Buying and Planning teams; update tracking systems.
• Coordinate POs with DC and Vendors to enable on-time delivery.
• Manage RTVs, retickets, price changes in coordination with Buying/Planning.
• Oversee DTC flags, HAZMAT and shipping restrictions and communicate updates.
