Job summary

Kinneberg Management Group is seeking an Account Coordinator (Target) to drive vendor onboarding and setup for Target vendors. You will manage vendor data, coordinate with Target systems, and support multiple Sales Leads and vendors to ensure timely first shipments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and Target teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience, ideally at Target and/or with CPG Brands working with Target.
• Prior experience and understanding of Target vendor systems and processes.
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data & information accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor setup within Target systems (e.g., POL/Supplier Management) by effectively communicating and efficiently executing steps necessary with KMG Client and with Target
• Own item setups within Target systems (e.g., ICTs, PCN, LP, IMN, ICM, POG Studio etc) by effectively communicating and efficiently executing steps necessary with KMG Client and with Target
• Complete and submit new item forms, ensuring UPCs, item attributes, and required data are accurate and on time
• Understand Target’s PDP (Target.com) requirements, and effectively work with KMG Clients to gather, then implement into Target’s systems
• Track necessary Steps via an onboarding-checklist, project manage the steps to completion, and troubleshoot issue while escalating as needed
• Support EFT setup and project manage until completion between KMG Client and Target
