Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist for Global AP – Shared Services in Downtown Orlando, on-site. You will own onboarding, validation, and maintenance of the vendor master data and serve as the primary contact for vendor setup across the organization.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in accounts payable and vendor management, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, vendor management, or related function.
• Experience with vendor master data and onboarding processes in ERP systems.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention practices and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the vendor onboarding process from request intake through activation and payment enablement.
• Validate vendor documentation (W-9s, banking, registrations) for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify tax IDs using standard procedures and perform vendor master setup in NetSuite.
• Conduct periodic vendor master audits to remediate duplicates and noncompliant records.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor/setup status and documentation requirements.
