Job summary

Abbott Park, IL seeks a Vendor Master Data Analyst to ensure accurate vendor data across SAP MDG/SAP. You will monitor data quality, resolve issues, and support data cleansing with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include validating vendor records, maintaining hierarchies, and creating quality scorecards, while collaborating with Procurement and AP to enable efficient processes. 2–5 years of MD data experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Vendor Master Data or MDM experience.
• Experience with SAP MDG and SAP Vendor Master processes.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reporting).
• Experience in data quality analysis and cleansing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Title: Vendor Master Data Analyst

Location: Abbott Park, Illinois

Duration: 6+ months

Responsibilities:

• The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of vendor master data within SAP MDG/SAP.
• The role is responsible for monitoring and improving vendor data quality, identifying and resolving data issues, supporting data cleansing initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain reliable vendor master data that enables efficient procurement, accounts payable, compliance, and operational processes.
• Review and validate vendor master data in SAP MDG/SAP.

• Support vendor data cleansing and remediation activities.
