Job summary

Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Vendor Manager to join the Inventory Procurement team. You’ll own vendor engagements end-to-end for a group of suppliers, from sourcing to contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with operations. This on-site role requires 2+ years in procurement, experience with Coupa/ERP, strong communication, and data skills (SQL, Excel).

You’ll drive savings, negotiate terms, and partner with Finance and Legal. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience.
• Experience with Coupa and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient SQL and MS Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle for select supplier groups.
• Lead sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and contract negotiations.
• Manage vendor performance and cost savings analyses.
• Collaborate with FP&A to align budgets.
• Maintain pricing data and streamline invoicing processes.
