A&D Mortgage LLC seeks a Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and pricing, ensuring contracts stay aligned with company policies. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve inquiries and maintain clear records.

The role is full-time and office-based at our Fort Lauderdale HQ, with standard hours and a focus on fair, transparent vendor practices. Growth opportunities exist within the expanding team.

Formación

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or a related role.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial terms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to support negotiations in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Ability to identify and address issues proactively and constructively.
• Ability to balance company objectives with long-term vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate vendor relationships and pricing aligned with contracts.
• Monitor vendor pricing, tariffs, and service terms to ensure alignment with approved agreements.
• Review contracts, amendments, and renewals to support consistency with company policies and objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries, discussions, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to align vendor activities with business needs.
• Assist in identifying potential risks or inconsistencies within vendor agreements and recommend solutions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, pricing approvals, and communications.
• Prepare reports related to vendor performance, costs, and trends.
