Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years’ experience in security systems, contracting, procurement, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in security systems, contracting, procurement, or related area.
• Experience in vendor relationship management and contract compliance within complex procurement environments.
• Ability to manage multiple databases and tracking tools for deadlines and supplier schedules.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms with vendors to contain costs and align with objectives.
• Oversee supplier workload prioritization and maintain communication for schedules and info.
• Coordinate contract awards, documentation, and vendor notifications.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and initiatives.
